Order cut-offs
10:30am for same-day delivery.
Orders placed after 10:30am may be delivered the next business day.
Delivery
Specific delivery times are unable to be requested.
Business deliveries are made by 5pm.
School deliveries are made by 3:30pm.
Every effort will be made to leave deliveries in a cool, sheltered spot if the recipient is not at the premises. All arrangements come with a water source to ensure freshness for 24 hours.
Delivery instructions should be included to ensure smooth delivery. This includes instructions for apartment complexes and properties with security gates and fences.
Delivery will not be made to properties with pets inside open gates.
Due to restrictive delivery schedules, unsuccessful delivery attempts cannot be reattempted on the same day. A second attempt will be made on the next business day and may attract a re-delivery fee. Delivery will be of the original flower arrangement.
Teka Flowers cannot guarantee longevity of flowers after 24 hours.
Products containing alcohol will only be delivered to recipients over the age of 18 years. Proof of age may be required and, if not produced, delivery will not be effected and a re-delivery charge will apply.
Teka Flowers ensures delivery of products in good condition.
Teka Flowers does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
Refunds
Full or partial refunds are unavailable for change of mind, dislike of the arrangement or provision of the wrong address for delivery.
Our delivery driver photographs each arrangement at the time of delivery and will send notification that delivery has been made. Should you have any issues regarding the delivery, please contact us at hello@tekaflowers.com.au within 24 hours.
Refunds will be made only for orders made for delivery outside of the listed delivery suburbs.
