Do you do same-day delivery?

Yes, we do, for orders placed by 10.30am that day.
Where do you deliver to and how much will delivery cost?

You can find the full list of suburbs at Delivery Suburbs, but as a guide, we deliver within a 15-kilometre radius of our little studio in Osborne Park, Western Australia. Delivery is free to addresses in Osborne Park, and delivery to other suburbs attracts a flat fee of $20. For suburbs that fall outside the 15-kilometre radius, please contact us for a delivery quote.
Which days do you deliver?

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday.

Saturday deliveries may be able to be accommodated by prior arrangement. Please contact us and we will do our best to help with your request.
Can I pick up my order from your studio?

At the moment we are only offering delivery service, picking your order up from us is not currently available.
What if I have specific delivery instructions?

Delivery times cannot be specified, however it is helpful to our delivery drivers if you can give us instructions regarding the logistics of delivering your flowers.

In the Notes section on the Cart Page, you can leave instructions relating to things such as apartment complex and front gate access.
What if the recipient isn’t home at the time of delivery?

As per our Store Policies, we will do our very best to leave the arrangement in a safe, cool, sheltered spot if the recipient is not at the premises. All arrangements come with a water source to ensure freshness for 24 hours.

Should we be unable to locate a safe spot to leave your flowers, we will contact you for instructions.

If we can’t make contact with you, the flowers will be returned to our studio in Osborne Park.
